Belgian mother and Portuguese father, I grew up in Belgium where I was born. My father died when I was young, I continued my studies in Namur. I became independent in the HORECA sector, then in 2003 following the handover of my business, I became operations manager for the Acinapolis complex (cinema activity). In 2013 with a couple of friends we bought a building in Costa da Caparica, transformed into 3 apartments, which we have been renting since then: www.costabeachlisbonne.com. Since then, I have accompanied several couples arriving at the pension to show them the region and help them with their various procedures to buy accommodation. As I am in contact with several traders, I also facilitate these exchanges. Also in contact with certain real estate agencies, I participate in visits and translations when necessary. Due to my previous experiences, my commercial nature takes over and I therefore want to help, train and take advantage of my qualities to join a company that can offer me the long-awaited position. My wife and I have a huge desire to settle in Portugal permanently. My mother, being a pensioner, left to live there since the beginning of 2016. I have ease of communication and I inspire confidence (in all modesty, ahem!). I listen to everyone in order to determine their needs and thus offer them the best proposal. Enthusiastic, organized, I always work 7 days a week. I am therefore very flexible. I do a lot of work in person but I know how to delegate to professionals when necessary. Our little couple is waiting with determination and desire for the opportunity to settle in Portugal while having an exciting professional activity. My wife is ready to slightly transform our accommodation into a guest room. We also invite friends who wish to settle in Portugal. We are already very well integrated into working life (especially on the Costa Da Caparica side). From there, we set off to discover Lisbon with our friends through multiple paths....
