About
I am currently in Master 1 in Organizational Communication, in the Strategy and Policies specialty, at the Institute of Information and Communication Sciences (ISIC) at Bordeaux Montaigne University.
I previously held the position of "Communications & Public Relations Officer" for the concert hall "Le Bootleg" in Bordeaux from March 2015 to August 2016. Le Bootleg is an associative concert hall which brings together around 20 thousand members and I have coordinated practically 25O events within this hall.
Thanks to this professional experience I acquired a lot of knowledge and skills in the world of communication and events. My missions consisted of promoting the events organized in the concert hall, setting up partnerships, creating paper and digital communication supports, ensuring the formatting and monitoring of the graphic charter of the place, boosting social networks and creating content for the website.
I obtained this position following the 鈥淎rtistic and Cultural Management Officer鈥 training that I completed in 2014.
During this training, I was able to highlight my capacities for adaptation and autonomy by working on the creation of a traveling summer festival, 鈥淰ag 脿 Bonds鈥 on the Atlantic coast, in parallel with my courses.
Thanks to this project, I acquired numerous skills in project management and coordination as well as communication.
Having been confronted with the different aspects of implementing communication actions within my company and my school, I felt the desire and the need to deepen my theoretical knowledge to perfect my practice. Integration into the 鈥淢aster in Communication Strategies and Policies鈥 is for me a way to complete my professional experience.
I aspire to discover new practices in relation to culturally varied approaches which will lead me to travel. I want to move away from the field of events to focus on the more global area of 鈥嬧媍ommunication around organizations.
From my family, I have always had a taste for travel. Indeed, I grew up for 10 years in India where I was able to discover and grow by adapting to a culture different from that in France.
During my higher education in France, I felt the need to travel again. So I went to tour South America with a journalist friend to discover the many facets of this magnificent continent. I was able to visit my half who lives in Santiago, Chile and who is of Argentine nationality. We then left to visit Bolivia, Peru and Ecuador and the south of Argentina in Patagonia to produce photographic and video reports. I took care of all the organizational and logistical aspects of this trip, which gives me organizational skills. Our journey lasted a total of 5 months.
This trip marked me enormously by the cultural specificities of the different countries, the grandiose landscapes and its endearing inhabitants.
Thanks to my Master ISIC projects, I applied my knowledge in digital strategy. In addition, I have the knowledge of Spanish that I was able to put into practice during my trip to South America. I also take evening classes to improve my language skills.
