Ossequi, I am originally from the western side of Lake Garda Italy. I grew up in the states since age two and until we moved back to Italy, in my early teens. At age 18, I joined the US Army, and left Italy again. My residence has been Maryland for several decades, but I still have many family and friends on Lake Garda and my wife and I try to visit there as often as we can. We love the local food especially 'spiedo con polenta' and the Groppello wine which is from the opposite side of the Lake with respect to Bardolino. The region around the lake is spectacular.
