Franco Italian, I currently live in Perpignan and Tunis part-time. It has now been 16 years spent in Tunisia. 10 years ago I started by creating an IT company there then a few years later I built a Thalasso center and apartments by the sea near Tunis. I now want to emigrate to new horizons. We are going to see Cuba, Thailand, China, Madagascar which I do not know. We currently operate a guest house in Perpignan which we wish to sell and leave.
