I live in a small village in the South of France. I work in a college in catering. I am in my forties, have two children and I want a change of scenery. I would like to have feedback from French expatriates to enlighten me in my future project. I'm just starting out with this idea and want to know the pros and cons before considering anything. The Guacanaste region attracts me and why not open a bar/restaurant by the sea.
