Serena, 28 years old, and Nico, 38 years old, parents of two children, aged 3. Hello, We are a family, my partner and I, and our two young children. Following a first trip to Peru, we decided to buy land, 15 minutes from Aguaytia, in order to settle down permanently (step by step). The sale could not be made last time, but we plan to leave again soon in order to make things happen and stay there for several months. Our goal: to create an autonomous eco-lodge permaculture farm. We have experience in this field, we just need comrades who want to share this serious project with us. The region we have chosen is set to develop touristically in the years to come, so the prices are still attractive. We are going to buy the land, but have nothing against buying it together, and doing a group deal, working as a community. It is a plot of land of several hectares, tropical forest and meadow, with rivers, a wooden house to renovate.
