Currently a young job seeker for some time after leaving the Paris region for financial reasons and returning to my native region in Rh么ne-Alpes. Having significant experience in sales, in local commerce and food, and catering, as a bartender/mixologist, I am currently looking for a place in the hotel and catering industry despite the absence of diplomas in order to be able to prove myself and join a strong company. Benefiting from significant experience as an independent bartender, having worked for several hundred private parties in the Paris region, some for prestigious clients, I think I can work in most bars and hotels without any difficulty. I currently wish to transform my experience as an independent bartender into a real career opportunity within a strong and dynamic hotel group in order to be able, in a few years, to create my own establishment and become my own boss. One or more experiences abroad would be perfect because they would allow me to discover the world of hospitality and particularly that of mixology in different countries. Sincerely.
