My wife and I are starting to think of retirement and have become intriqued with the thought of moving to central/south america. We have concentrated on Ecuador for it's apparent beauty and climate not to mention it's cost of living. After some research Cuenca seems to hold the most promise. We are just trying to gain a better picture of life in Ecuador from those expats already there.
