I come from France, I am retired, I am an engineer by training and specialized in energy, I was born in Saigon and I left Vietnam at the age of 12 to study in France. I am looking / urgently for a traditional house or villa with a little land to live in 5 months a year. This house can be located between 6 to 8 km from Nha Trang beach; this house can also be more than 8 km away, if it is very still beautiful with small garden (living space approximately 200 to 300 m2 and garden approximately 300 to 500 m2). The maximum price is 100000usd. I am in Nha Trang in June 2017, however I am ready to go visit the proposed house, immediately if it matches my search. Thank you in advance,
