I am a publicist. Currently a doctoral student and startup entrepreneur. The reason I am traveling to Rotterdam is because I have been accepted to the University of Rotterdam School of Management for a research stay during July, August and September. And I would like to know which are the best areas to stay there, the cost of living and what residences there are without asking you to stay there for at least 6 months... which all the ones I have seen have a requirement of 6.
