hello..i am Fred originally from the Philippines living in Canada for three decades which means i will be retiring in four years...I am joining this expat group because I am gathering all information about living in South France as I am thinking to retire there...I've been to Paris twice but not in the South..I just love the area near the sea, the border of Spain and other countries, the sunshine weather etc..Currently i am doing self learning French...So if anyone can help to acquire all information that i need to know before finalizing my decision...I would appreciate it,thanks
