Hello, I come from Perpignan, I am 53 years old, I have been a sports instructor for many years. I am a state graduate in fitness, karate and a yoga teacher, I also have a Spanish fitness diploma obtained in Barcelona. I have been a high-level competitor and obtained several titles including that of world champion in yoseikan-budo in 1993. I worked in a sports federation as technical director for 5 years (organization, development, etc.). I was then the director of a fitness room, and I still am today. With my wife we ​​would like to settle in Spain, Alicante and its surroundings (Elche, Dénia, Torrevieja.). I would like to continue my activity, but differently, rather in the form of coaching or small group, more oriented towards yoga.
