About
I am a recent graduate of a Master 2 MAY: international purchasing from Kedge Bordeaux. I have just finished my end-of-studies internship. I did several internships abroad during my studies and it gave me a taste for expatriation. I thought I would gain one or 2 years of experience in France before moving abroad. The only thing is, finding even a 6-month fixed-term contract is having a hard time. With only 6 months of experience, I am not interested in companies that require at least 3 years. So, I'm thinking of moving forward with my project. Thanks to various odd jobs and currently living with my parents, I should be able to save enough to live in Colombia for 3 months without working by the end of September. I tell myself that if by then I still haven't found anything in France I'm leaving. I would therefore need advice in particular on the procedures (visa, work permit, apartment to find preferably shared), which city to choose (I have a slight preference for Cartagena but I imagine that to find a job particularly in international trade Bogot脿 would be better), is it easy to integrate, advice on how to integrate quickly and make friends, is it easy to find work being a foreigner? (I should point out that I speak English fluently but not very well in Spanish (no worries for daily life but not at a professional level, I plan to learn the first 3 months). Thank you for your feedback
