Hi, .... I am currently living and a main resident of the UK and would practically call my self a Londoner. I am getting married to my Swedish Fiance in August. I have been to Sweden / Stockholm 4 times and have to say have really enjoed my time. I am thinking of moving their as she is finding it very difficult adjusting to life in London. Salary vs Salary you would get in Sweden - Quality of Life etc.. Which she is certain is better in Sweden. I do not speak Swedish but will learn. I have a vast property background here in London and also banking having worked for JP Morgan. I would like to know after reading some comments about the following: Are Swedish people rude ?? ( I didnt really notice it ) Are they ignorant to forieners ? How easy hard is it to get a job ? Which areas would you consider best to live to BUY a house 350-450k GBP Her sister lives in Tyreso ?? Is that a nice area ? We would want to live in a middle class area ( not being snobbish at all ) but fed up of all the crap that is happening over here. What are schools like ? Average wage ? If this is possible I hear that you pay a crazy amount of Tax ?? General Cost of living And your views on Sweden Stockholm in General as I am reading very very mixed reviews.
