I come from Tahiti (French Polynesia), where I spent 15 years, the cost of living being very high, I decided to come and settle in Vietnam, my project is to find a peaceful place, without noise, to spend my retirement quietly. Meet people with whom I can chat over a drink. A city not too big, where there are good doctors, good hospitals, etc. etc... I went to Dalat, beautiful city, but for me it is too cold (15 years of Polynesia, that's a big deal)
