Anyone knows the cheapest way to post parcel out of Philippines? by Mary Queen
Hi, May I know what is the cheapest and reliable way to send parcel out of Cebu, Philippines to Melbourne? It can be slow but must be reliable. I have check Philippines postal service for the rates but could not find any. Thanks.
