My desire in coming to Quebec was mainly to meet a society in motion. Employment, property, contact networks are no exception to this rule. This notion that nothing is permanent and that we must constantly adapt to grow and evolve has finally become a real value for me. Let's not take changes as failures as is often the case in France, but let's seize the opportunities for mobility. Let us beware of achievements, they imprison us instead of elevating us. 鈥淚鈥檓 afraid of losing what little I have, so I鈥檓 not moving.鈥� 鈥淚 don鈥檛 play in a team because I鈥檓 afraid my place will be stolen if I鈥檓 not good enough.鈥� In North America this practically does not exist, everyone at their level has a set objective and gives themselves the means to achieve it. Staying static is good for the dead!
