Originally from the Nantes region in France, I am an agri-food engineer, passionate about cooking and food in general. I discovered Quebec during my studies and fell in love with it: the state of mind, the wide open spaces and the Quebec culture! With my partner, we would like to try the experience of moving to Quebec for a few years, or even more if we like! A stay is planned for September to start making this project a reality, and your support would be of great help to us because it is not easy to know where to start the process. Elodie & Julien
