I have been an expat twice in my life, both for two months in Mexico and two years in China. I am fluent in both Spanish and Chinese, and I was fluent in French several years ago but have forgotten much of it due to inability to practice in the US. I could relearn it easily and very quickly, and I can still understand and read most of it. I have several years of experience teaching English and art and doing administrative work. I am skilled with computers and can do everything from document and database editing to social media marketing. I also have experience doing graphic design, art, music and more. I am open to living anywhere in the world as long as it isn't extremely cold or unbearably hot, and I want to move somewhere that is safe for bringing my dog and cat along with me. I just want to find a much more reasonable work/life balance than what the US can offer; a culture that values family and relationships over constantly rushing to be on time to work long hours and where an expat such as myself wouldn't have a difficult time finding a job and apartment.
