I live in Charlotte with my Peruvian wife. I work in Facility Management, and hold the Facility Management Professional certificate from the International Facility Management Association, and hold an Associate Degree in Computer Technology Integration. I am currently preparing to take the exam to earn the Certified Facility Manager certificate, the gold standard of the facility management field. My background includes physical security, technology and energy efficiency (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design), as well as working with contractors across various trades, working on corporate special events, and working to resolve service requests from building occupants at all levels.
