Hi! My name is Mel, I am 27 years old, half french, half american, and I have been between Australia and Asia for now a year and a half. I have a master s degree in international tourism management but also a lot of experience in various fileds, such as - reservation and sales agent in the world s biggest ski school in Courchevel, France - all rounder in a road house central Australia, NT - travel consultant for Indian ocean islands and Carribeans, Lyon, France - event agency project assistant in Lyon, France - tour operator assistant manager in Oslo, Norway but also in Rabat Morocco - Receptionnist in a 4 star caravan park south of France I have acquired a number of relevant skills through my education, training and work experience. - Ability to find out customers requirements and preferences and provide them with exact solutions accordingly. - Exceptional customer service, telephone handling and computer expertise. - Hands-on experience in booking reservations for journey, hotels, and functions. Others: - I speak french and english fluently but also studied in Germany for a few months.
