I have a hotel school diploma, I am a chef, I worked for 5 years in various restaurants in Italy, in 1984 I opened my own restaurant with my wife, during my professional career I increased my knowledge of food/wine pairing by obtaining a sommelier diploma, then from the kitchen I moved to the dining room and behind the counter where I worked alongside a professional barman and to this day I am still busy managing the family business, supported by my two children.
