I am agricultural economist specialized in programme evaluation. I was UNICEF programme coordinator in Brazil and Professor at the Federal University of Para铆ba. Married to a Brazilian with two children, one adult living in brasilia and a younger 12 year-old son. I intend to live at least one year in Malta.
