I am a native of Abitibi, lived and raised my 6 children in Quebec, did 5 years in the Royal Canadian Air Force as a mechanic and then earned my living and that of my family as a distributor in retail stores in Eastern Canada for 35 years. My family being raised, I live alone while working as an advisor in a small grocery store and I have been dating for 5 years a Canadian diplomat of Chilean origin who is preparing to retire and who would like to buy a small property for renting rooms and or catering in the Dominican Republic, which I would take care of alone at the beginning. We would like to retire warmly and come back to Canada from time to time to see our children and grandchildren. We are looking for contact people to guide us in this adventure, preferably expatriates who have gone through the same process and who could refer us to reliable and honest people and organizations.
