Having handled KPI麓s across the supply chain for a FMCG company with a net revenue around 6 billion DKK and improved sales insight for a market leader in software solution, I navigate in ERP landscapes and collaborate with process owners to help steer towards a more cost-efficient and responsive supply chain. Mid- and long-term projects that I covered include the development of reporting tools to measure profit/loss, productivity and supplier performance and a 2-year ERP project. Having made sure projects were on track through weekly follow-up meetings and workshops with departments across country borders, I am aware how critical communication is and the need to be precise and concrete in questions and needs. Colleagues have described me as social person with an analytical mindset and creative approach towards challenges. In my spare time, I enjoy socializing with friends in Copenhagen, visiting my family on Funen, or planning trips with my wife to Asia or South America. With weekly runs at Amager Strandpark or visiting the local boxing gym, I also help fulfil my own need for always staying fit.
