I am a Belgian citizen, born and raised in South Africa who recently relocated to Belgium. I am currently focused on developing a website aimed at optimising the metabolism of individuals in order for them to overcome obesity and degenerative disease such as cancer. It all comes down to eating whole foods with particular attention given to healthy fats after all, this is at the heart of flavour. Having witnessed my only parent die of cancer, and knowing it was preventable, is what drives me to niche my talents accordingly.
