Thank you for allowing me to contact you I am of Algerian nationality and I am an engineer in urban hydraulics, national with diploma 1992. My professional career has spanned four major multinational research and monitoring offices. I started with the WEEC 'West Engineering Environnement consult), IGIP 'German Study Office of Amstadt, RSWInternatinale Canadien and finally the SEOR as principal engineer of studies and monitoring. Briefly I developed studies in sanitation, AEP, supply and transfers, sectorization, AEP and ASS master plans, project manager and works manager and assistance in meetings, etc.
