Hello Im Richard, Ive been living in Portugal for nearly seven years and have a great home and family. Project/Business management backround but have had numerous success' in developing property in Wales, Ireland, England, France and Portugal. Hi all I'm a British ex-pat currently living in Portugal. Just wondering if there was anyone living in or near Oeiras, on the outskirts of Lisbon? I'm there Monday - Fridays and would like to meet some people who know the area!
