I am an Italian woman who really likes cooking even though I have not studied in this field. I worked in the kitchen and lived in a villa on the French Riviera of a family of 2 but there were also 10 people as staff in the villa for whom I cooked lunches and dinners. Mediterranean and vegetarian cuisine. I have managed a restaurant in the past years and I have a cultural association that deals with well-being from food to psychophysical form. I also deal with social relationships such as Counseling and I am an instructor of the age-old martial art of Tai Chi Chuan.
