I have been a non-habitual resident in Fatima since 1/8/2017. I independently carried out the entire process for NIF, residence, air tax, rental and electricity contract, bank account and registration at the health centre. The INPS has just informed me that the gross pension has been accepted. I have a two-room apartment for rent in the center of Fatima and, since I use it from October to March, I am looking for a tenant who would use it from April to September, to SPLIT THE EXPENSES.
