I was a pastry chef and chocolatier for 7 years, I was also a cook in a pastry shop in Strasbourg, I opened a tea room but due to an accident I had to sell. And now I've been an assistant manager in a restaurant in Strasbourg for two years. My plan is to find a job, especially in Cali, in catering or pastry making because that's what I know how to do.
