my husband is a pensioner, we are both Belgian and we would like to live in Spain, in Tarragona or its surroundings. This would be done within a year and a half/or even two years. but before taking the plunge we would like to have all the information possible: on the procedure to follow, the documents, the ways of acquiring housing, we have a car so know about the technical inspection, insurance, etc...... also people who could help us on site, we don't want to embark on an adventure and that's why I'm turning to you.
