Born in the south of France, I decided to change my life orientation when the time was right: it is there.... I have just returned from 15 days in Portugal, a place that I had chosen for many reasons and I am delighted with it; I left alone to immerse myself in the heart of my feelings...15 days is not long but speaking for itself. The museums, the tourist places were not my objectives but the atmosphere, the scents, the inhabitants, the discoveries, shared my days. I have to admit that I missed friends sometimes but I put the cell phone down to immerse myself in this reality. So I made some beautiful and interesting encounters on the path to the near future. In France, I am at the end of my journey to free myself from my house (only 2 months left), to settle material affairs, to stop my professional activity, to put everything in order including the 2 cats..!!! On the Atlantic side, my choice is practically made on my place of installation on the heart side, my needs are not quite in line so I will modify when I arrive in this country. I was able to meet useful, pleasant, professional and very respectful people, who allowed me to narrow down my desires and realities for my implementation...you can't have everything but I combine it to the max.... Matching my choices, my needs, my desires, my necessities….a not so easy puzzle. I opted to be close to the water but an active, cultural, sporting place.... all year round. I have to return to Portugal shortly to finalize a life choice: winter shows another face. I'm going to take a year for this installation. I kept some obligations in France which will allow me to return regularly; story of....not letting go too quickly; The French community in Portugal: yes of course I have heard about it and I am counting on it to help me, advise me on certain areas such as legal matters, pretty things that are essential to the eye, tips and tricks.... . The people on site are often more aware of the good plans, the inevitable, than many advisors behind their desk. an attitude much more present among immigrants. I am one of the people who move, who come alive and who are actors in their own lives. I'm waiting to hear from you and I'll come visit you. thank you very much
