My name is Dibi Nicole Diollobie, I was born on the Ivory Coast and since 1994 I have been living and working in Italy. I graduated in hotel management, I have gained work experience both in Italy and abroad, also preparing various menus for restaurants and hotels of a certain professional level, with gastronomic dishes. In my last experience of the 2017 summer season, precisely from May to October in Sicily, carrying out the role of cook, I deepened my knowledge of Sicilian cuisine preparing appetizers, first and second courses of fish and meat and in addition the knowledge of marinating fish in 48 hours and many other things.
