I am a footloose and fancy free 60 year old woman who desires to retire abroad to Ecuador or maybe Panama where I hope to finally concentrate on my writing. I am youthful, fit, in good health and have nothing to tie me down in the US. I will have about $1,400 to live on and am frugal with simple tastes. I hope to live without a car and within walking distance of farmers markets and shops. I am hoping to contact via email some American expatriates who can steet me towards the right places and contacts.
