I am Simbarashe Kaudani, a highly driven individual, experience acquired principally in the hotel service sector. Following completion of my Bachelors Honors degree in Hospitality and Tourism at Chinhoyi University of technology in Zimbabwe, I moved to South Africa where I started my career as a butler and have worked my way up to become a Guests Relations Manager. I believe I combine a high level of attention to detail with a commitment to customer care - which helps me to achieve and exceed guests expectations. I enjoy being part of, as well as managing, motivating, training and developing, a successful and productive team and I thrive in highly pressurized and challenging working environments. I have good information Technology skills. I am fluent in English, Shona and Xhosa and I am also a trained elementary Fire fighter. In my spare time I undertake a wide range of activities; I am particularly keen on basketball, hiking and canoeing
