I will try to summarize who I am as best as possible. Louis, 27 years old, Breton. It will soon be ten years since I immersed myself in the love of crafts. I started at 18 as a pastry chef, then I quickly added strings to my bow: baker, cook, pastry chef in a starred restaurant, caterer. I spent two years in Brussels as head chef for two restaurants.
