Hello, We are a French-Vietnamese couple, with four children, living in France, in Brittany. The idea of ​​living in Vietnam has been around for some time, and we are starting to think about it more seriously. Da Lat particularly attracts us. Changing countries with four children is certainly not easy, and before taking the plunge, it is necessary to be well informed. We are going to Vietnam for a month, in February-March 2018. We would like to take advantage of this stay to move forward with our project. In particular, I have a lot of questions regarding the administrative problems that may arise. It seems important to me to be able to live peacefully, without having to regularly leave the country. I can't see myself bringing capital into a country while being in an ejection seat.
