I was born in Rome and I momentarily live here to obtain within June the CPA certification. With a solid economic academic background achieved also with a MBA Master and many professional experiences, I developed an overall view of business dynamics. I worked in a consulting firm for internationalization where I acquired competences in strategic planning especially on international markets entry strategies and on definition of strategic and investment options. After that, I understood that for my professional growth, I needed to deeply understand the analysis of financial statement and the main business valuation methods. So, I put myself on the line as a chartered account trainee and statutory auditor. Well done! Nowadays, I am determined and eagerness to learn more and I would like to get involved in a company that can keep my professional development continuous. For this reason I look forward to move on to Boston as soon as possible to start my new professional life! In a medium-to long-term I would become a professional and specialised in financial and legal due diligences, M&A transactions, Company evaluation and Audit by working in an international context. I would like to find a consulting firm that includes tax and legal consultancy as well as corporate finance consultancy.
