Hello, I would like to have some information on the quality of life found in Tirana. My partner, an Israeli national, is in Tirana for work and I am currently in Italy. I'm a little torn whether to move there too or not. I have already lived abroad such as England and Canada. So it doesn't scare me to move out of Italy but it must at least be worth it. What I would like to know is how is the quality of life in Tirana? Are the people friendly? Is it easy to settle in even if you don't know the local language?
