I am pre-retired from a large American company. I will be fully retired in 3 years. My wife works in a major business school (hec) and will be furloughed in June with the aim of working in Valence, ideally by creating her own business or as an employee. We are selling our current house because we want to settle in Valencia to live there, and work there for my wife who has known Spain since her childhood, because we love this city where we have been going on vacation and weekends for several years. We are currently looking for an apartment to buy and already have serious contacts for this purchase. We also spoke with the CCI France Spain which has a good knowledge network.
