I was born in Sydney Australia but raised in the country area and then lived mainly in Perth W.A. I have been in Photography for over 50 years and have some wonderful pictures from around the world. I am married to a Vietnamese woman who had a daughter which we both adore and she starts University this coming year.
As of now we have run into a little trouble from another Australian man who is married to a Vietnamese woman.
I bought my house before I met my wife but could not have the Red Book in my name as not being a Vietnamese, so I trusted this other could to register the house in their name but now they will not sign the book over to my wife's name.

I trusted another Australian man and his Vietnamese wife to have my Red Book put into their name and now they are refusing to give it back. What Can I Do?
Thanks NPBD, But I have the bank record from where I paid the money and the previous owners have said they will go to court for me, as well as the others do not have any bank account here, is there nothing I can do? Read More
