I worked at Indiana University in Bloomington for ten years as the Center Coordinator for the Teaching and Learning Technologies Center.
As a university town, you can find nearly any kind, type, ethnicity of food. At certain times of the year, you can also hear many different musical performances from many different cultures.
As a university town, the cost of living was a bit high - comparatively speaking.
