I am Italian, I moved to Switzerland in 1970. After a few years I took Swiss citizenship. I have been living in Switzerland for 47 years, during this period I have obtained three degrees (electrical engineering, IT, economics). My work commitment was carried out in three multinationals (Lonza, Mercedes, Telecom of Germany) and 17 years in the Swiss railways. My main tasks were to manage several companies. Thanks to continuous improvement, I have acquired excellent synthesis skills and a good ease of learning new concepts and new technologies. My experience in the world of work has allowed me to develop high communication and relational, dialectical and analytical, learning and adaptation skills. The ability to listen and the predisposition for constructive criticism complete my profile. I am passionate about reading about human resource management, finances and business strategies
