I come from East Africa, in the Great Lakes Region, with basic training in Public Administration, a baccalaureate in Hospital Management and a D.E.S in Project Management/NGOs. I have extensive experience in Administration where I have successively worked as Cabinet Secretary at the Ministry of Public Health of Burundi, Manager of the National Family Planning Program, Advisor to the Cabinet in charge of General Services/health logistics, and today as Advisor to the Directorate of Health Infrastructures and Equipment in charge of the secretariat of the Public Procurement Management Unit.
