I grew up near Angoul锚me in the west of France then I followed my mother when she came to Switzerland when I was 12 years old, later following training in catering, I continued professionally in this direction in several positions. I have been a waiter, kitchen help, barista and bartender. My preference is bartender for cocktail creation and ambiance, and barista for daytime hours. I went to Thailand for several months a few years ago and I loved it, which is why, without any certainty, I wonder about the viability of a bar or any project there. Greetings everyone!
