I am from the UK and lived-in North Cyprus for 5 years until the end of 2018. We moved to Barcelona and over the past few years have settled in Sitges. In 2021 I co-created the first EQUILIBRIUM FEST at The Institute of the Arts, Barcelona and we are now developing the 2nd edition for Spring 2023. I also run New Lisa Life a Coaching and Energy Practice business based in Sitges. www.newlisalife.net.
Interests: writing, house music, hypnosis, meditation, QiGong, music, tai chi, holistic practices, creativity, well-being, dance, NLP, collaboration.
