I am married from Burkina Faso. I had my registration number for immigration to Quebec on September 11, 2013. I was sent the IDR in August 2015. I sent all the requested documents in September 2015. and since then I have no information on my file. My whole family is anxious. We do not know what happens next. The various calls are not taken to the immigration service. Who can we contact for information regarding our file? Thank you for helping us.
