I work and live with my family Had My Degree in Kuwait and dong Senior Projects Lead in a Pioneer Company.
I?m currently Handling Project Management Operations, Reporting to the director, Performing the below tasks:- - Perceive and Document Customer Expectations for the product and make sure that each next procedure of the site construction is reviewed, updated and approved by the customer(end user); - Liaise with the different department to plan and analyze business requirements and transform it to a structure/infrastructure following the latest standards; - Create and share The Project Plan; - Create Wireframes (the blueprint of the website); - Liaise with design experts to the best front end for Web and mobile apps and which reviewed and approved by customers; - Build the SRS (System Requirement Specifications); - Assign the Approved SRS to the Developers and coordinate in preparing work packages as well as managing product execution and delivery. - Coop with the developers and make sure that the SRS is being executed as per the approved plan until the end product is finally delivered. - Perform full testing in support of the quality assurance department, making sure that we have captured customer quality expectations. - Prompt customer support and response to the change requests and proper coordination with the development team to make sure that request is being handled quickly and accurately; - Weekly meeting with PMO Team to learn from each other's projects experience and share management notifications to keep the teamwork and project management well formed and with higher productivity.
