About

I am a student in M1 Social Psychology, work and organizational psychology in Dijon, I fell in love in Germany during an ERASMUS exchange in Mainz (2015-2016) and I am looking to live there in Baden-Wuttenberg, Rheinland-Pfalz, or in Hessen, between Mainz, Frankfurt, and Freiburg... My professional project: Ideally I would like to be able to offer various diagnostics and training within a company, for all types of staff ranging from executives to workers. (RPS, self-esteem, quality of life at work, stress at work, self-handicapping, professional burnout, pre-retirement, etc.). I am also interested in recruitment, outplacement, and human resources management. So I'm looking for all short-term internship opportunities, and why not long-term jobs in Germany in these different fields. To help me in this somewhat eccentric project, I speak English at about B1 in grammar, but more than B2 orally, I manage quite easily to make myself understood but it's not very professional haha. Otherwise in German, I have B2 but the same, I have a lot of difficulty writing it, but I speak German better than English. All this to say that I don't know if I can take responsibility for assuming and working with responsibilities, and for which verbalization and communication are important. How did it go for you? What are your projects? were you able to find an in-between that allowed you to gain in mastery of the language to later complete your real professional project? I am looking for people who have, or have had similar projects, and who would like to share their experiences and their research. I am curious to know if other people have similar profiles, and if you have managed to accomplish your projects etc., in any case do not hesitate to contact me, I would be delighted to discuss all that :) Thank you and see you soon Flo
